Our house disposes of 3 apartments for 2-4 persons, each, spacious, in cosy wooden style and equipped with all comforts so that you can spend your holidays pleasant and relaxed. In the apartments you will find a dishwasher, tv-sat in the living room and in the bedroom, WIFI internet access, bathroom with shower and/or tub. Bedlinen, kitchen laundry and towels are provided at your arrival.
La Villa offers in the summer many possibilities of recreation, to spend an unforgettable vacation in our beautiful nature, surrounded by the magnificent mountains of the Dolomites. La Villa is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountainbike trips on the Dolomites passes or on the trails along the river and through the wood. Starting from our house, you easily reach the paths or the cable car station, which both bring you to the high plateau to spend gorgeous days around Piz La Villa and Pralongiá. Only a few steps from our house you find a children's playground for your little ones. By walking along the river, through the wood, far away from the main road, you reach the sports ground, that offers fun and amusement for the bigger and the little ones.
In the wintertime La Villa stands in the centre of the ski carousel Alta Badia. Starting from our village, you may take any direction to spend your vacation on the skis: toward Corvara to connect to the Sellaronda, toward San Cassiano to ski the downhills of the Falzarego and toward Badia, to admire very closely the majestic Sass dla Crusc. La Villa is an ideal place, to leave you car in front of the house for the whole vacation time, and still get everywhere with the skis under your feet. For the little ones there's the babyslope just across from our house, the ideal ski slope for all beginners.
The prices are per apartment per day and include energy consumption, waste disposal and heating.
The tourist tax of Euro 2.30 per person per day is not included in the price and applies to all guests over 14 years old.
The price includes the daily cleaning (excluded Sunday, only on request).
The apartments are fully equipped with accessories: electric stove, refrigerator, dishes, pots, cutlery, bed and bath linen, SAT- TV, free WI -FI.
Free parking space for our guests.
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
The apartments are available from 15:00 o’clock on the day of arrival (if ready also before) until 10:00 o’clock on the day of departure. Please let us know in case of arrival after 18.00.
Check-in at Sportony Mountain Lodges (Strada Colz, 56).
DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION
The reservation becomes binding with the payment of the deposit. The payment can be made quickly and safely by postal or bank transfer. In case of delay or non-payment of the deposit, we reserve us the right to re-rent the apartment you have booked.
CANCELLATION TERMS
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, no penalty is applied. For cancellations communicated between 4 - 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price is charged. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the total price is charged. In case of late arrival or early departure the price is calculated for the whole period stipulated at the time of reservation.
PAYMENT OF THE STAY
To pay for your stay you can use cash or credit card (VISA, Master Card, Amex, American Express). We kindly ask you to pay the bill the day before departure.
PETS
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets at the price of Euro 10.00 per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the apartment and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
EXTRA SERVICES
Breakfast is served in the main Sportony building (22€ per person).
Supplement Euro 15.00/day from the third guest onwards.
OTHER
To be in line with the natural environment that welcomes us, we decided to give up smoking in all public areas of our house. With the booking the guest declares to know and accept the conditions of our house. Errors and omissions excepted. We reserve us the right to make changes.
